📋 Description
• The Care Ops Sr. Project Manager will play a crucial role in managing and executing project intake, triage, and implementation within the Care Operations team. • They will work closely with teams across the company, including Care Operations, Training, Medical Affairs, Growth and Marketing, Product, Pharmacy, and R&D. • This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience with managing projects; Proven experience in project management, preferably within a healthcare or operations environment. • 2+ years of experience hiring, leading, and developing cross-functional teams. • Advanced proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana or similar platforms. • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs in a dynamic environment. • A collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions. • Superb written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders and cross-functional teams in an engaging and accessible manner. • A passion for working in a fully remote environment, with demonstrated ownership, accountability, and adaptability.
