📋 Description
• Hims & Hers is the leading health and wellness platform, on a mission to help the world feel great through the power of better health. • As the Sr. Solutions Analyst of Operations, you will play a key role in driving our research and development efforts to create innovative solutions that address complex challenges. • Focus areas include but are not limited to Inventory Control, Operations Resource and Task Management, and other Operational functions. • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, conduct in-depth research, and develop prototype software solutions that can be productionalized by our software engineering partners.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred) • 8+ years of experience in software development, data analytics, or a related technical field • Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, JavaScript, or C++. • Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Pandas, or NumPy • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database management systems • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights • Solid understanding of research methodologies, experimental design, and statistical analysis • Extensive experience with software design patterns, algorithms, and web development frameworks. • Familiarity with cloud technologies and databases. • Experience developing app-based solutions using frameworks such as Retool, React, Flutter, or low-code/no-code platforms • Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying complex ideas and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
