🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience working with engineering teams to ship complex backend and frontend software. • Familiar with backend and frontend software development technologies. • Ability to influence without authority. • Strong project management skills with attention to detail. • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex technical programs. • Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in agile, scrum, and lean development. • Ability to dive deep into technical details. • Strong understanding of engineering operations. • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams. • Excellent skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks. • Strong sense of ownership. • Team player with a collaborative and positive attitude. • Bias towards action. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Excellent writing, oral, and presentation skills. • Experience with data-driven decision-making and metrics-driven program management.
