Description

• Lead and oversee all technical teams at an orthodontic & dental marketing agency, focusing on AI and automation to enhance productivity. • Work hands-on with the teams, ensuring high-quality code and robust security. • Supervise the architecture and development of WordPress sites, internal tools, and custom applications tailored for clients. • Spearhead the integration of AI and automation technologies into existing workflows and client solutions. • Plan and manage projects across all teams, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. • Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. • Experience in developing and deploying AI agents, with a focus on increasing efficiency and automating time-consuming tasks. • Strong proficiency in Python and modern JavaScript frameworks. • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, and their practical applications in marketing and business processes. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud) and DevOps practices (Gitlab CI/CD). • Experience in creating AI agents to automate and enhance internal workflows, improving overall efficiency. • Familiarity with Kubernetes. • Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing diverse, multi-disciplinary teams. • Strong project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies. • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to develop and execute long-term technology strategies that align with business goals. • Innovative mindset with a talent for identifying emerging technologies and their potential applications. • Understanding of the dental and orthodontic industries, or ability to quickly grasp industry-specific challenges and opportunities. • Commitment to staying updated with the latest developments in web technologies, AI, and automation.
