📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are seeking an experienced SAP Variant Configuration Management (VCM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. • The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with in-depth expertise in SAP VCM and the ability to lead and drive the Variant Configuration Team. • This role requires strong technical skills, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of business processes related to variant configuration. • Lead and manage the Variant Configuration Team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to SAP Variant Configuration Management. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP VCM solutions. • Design, configure, and implement variant configuration models in SAP ERP systems. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize variant configuration processes and enhance system performance. • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for variant configuration issues, resolving them in a timely manner. • Lead VCM-related projects, including upgrades, enhancements, and system integrations. • Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing sessions for team members and end-users. • Stay updated on SAP VCM best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Variant Configuration Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Extensive hands-on experience with SAP VC (Variant Configuration) module and its integration with other SAP modules. • Proven track record of successfully leading SAP VCM projects from conception to implementation. • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product configuration, and complex product structures. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
