β€’ Job Summary: As an E-commerce Operations Specialist, you will be a key player in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and optimization of our product catalog and inventory across various sales channels. β€’ Responsibilities: Product Data Entry & Management: Research product information from various online sources to gather important details. β€’ Accurately input product data, including images, attributes, descriptions, and measurements. β€’ Perform basic image editing tasks to ensure product images meet required standards. β€’ Optimize product listings for search engine visibility. β€’ Record Maintenance: Maintain organized records of all product and inventory uploads for reference and auditing purposes. β€’ Prepare and format reports to align with templates. β€’ Daily Product Uploads: Upload new product data daily to various sales channels (e.g., Poshmark, eBay, Shopify, etc.) using Excel files. β€’ Ensure product listings adhere to marketplace guidelines and best practices. Review and correct any data errors within marketplace portals. β€’ Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketplace Operations team to identify and resolve issues and inefficiencies related to product and inventory uploads.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Marketplace Expertise: Understanding of online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Poshmark, etc.) and their specific requirements for product listings and inventory management. β€’ Data Management Expertise: Proven ability to accurately and efficiently enter and manage large volumes of data, including experience with data cleaning, validation, and analysis techniques. β€’ Excel Proficiency: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, functions, data sorting, filtering, and reporting. β€’ Proficiency in G-Suite: Familiarity with G-Suite applications such as Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Calendar. β€’ Communication Tools: Knowledge of communication tools like Slack. β€’ Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency. β€’ Organized: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. β€’ Independent Worker: Ability to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks. β€’ Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
