• Develop innovative marketing proposals, incorporating branded content, digital media, video, data, influencer marketing, and events. • Handle both reactive and proactive request for proposals, integrating research, insights, design, content, and brand elements. • Maintain and enhance sales materials with updates on sales positioning, design, metrics, and case studies. • Create pitch collateral (e.g., idea descriptions, decks, screenshots, mock-ups, research, custom templates). • Partner with senior executives and brand marketing for new IP and market opportunities. • Brainstorm and package innovative brand integration methods. • Ensure strategies align with brand partners' KPIs and objectives. • Generate creative ideas for branded content with exceptional copywriting skills. • Update asset rate card with current rates and delivery estimates for Owned and Operated and talent assets. • Support activations team with campaign reporting for partner reports. • Create campaign case studies and wrap decks. • Evaluate performance data to establish benchmarks for social and long-form video assets.
• 7+ years in integrated marketing, creative strategy, and sales development, focusing on digital media, data collection, lifestyle, and influencer marketing. • Strong knowledge of the pre-sale process and experience collaborating with sales teams. • Excellent writing and presentation skills, including grammar, content structure, storytelling, and copywriting. • Proficiency in designing presentations using Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides. • Experience in data collection and analysis from social media and long-form video content. Bonus for YouTube CMS and other analytics platforms. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Team player with a solution-oriented approach. • Self-reliant and entrepreneurial. • Skilled in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks. • Comfortable participating in client pitch meetings. • Experience reviewing media plans, budgets, and P&L to maintain profit margins. • Understanding of the gaming landscape, including publishers, creators, esports, and events.
