• Obtain information from a variety of sources and systems to verify and analyze • Run through application flows on a daily basis to ensure new releases are functioning as intended. • Proactively find and document bugs, aiming to catch issues before clients encounter them. • Maintain detailed records of bugs and issues, including steps to reproduce and severity. • Work closely with engineering teams to understand new features and changes, providing feedback and reporting issues as they arise. • Be embedded in the release and QA process, offering both a quality assurance perspective and technical insights. • Apply your knowledge and expertise in SaaS and mobile applications to identify potential issues and improvements. • Use your strong sense of issues to facilitate quick resolution and ensure smooth product performance.
• Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role, with a track record of successfully identifying and resolving bugs. • Proficiency in testing SaaS and mobile applications, with a strong understanding of the technical aspects of software development. • Excellent attention to detail with a keen ability to identify inconsistencies and potential issues. • Strong communication skills to effectively report findings and work with cross-functional teams. • Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently, often with minimal supervision. • A sense of ownership over the QA process and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
