Description

• We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. • Drive the design of intuitive and impactful user experiences for our legal tech platform. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design seamless web and mobile interfaces. • Play a key role in defining the design vision and executing it across all product areas. • Ownership over the entire design process, ensuring products are beautiful and usable. • Collaborate with our CPO, who was a founding member of Designer Fund.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs. • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, with expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. • Proficiency in building interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts. • Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency. • Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design improvements. • Proven experience working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product designs. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders. • Bonus Skills: Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
