• We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team and assist our cofounders in hiring exceptional Engineers. • They play a key role in sourcing, screening, and facilitating the recruitment process for engineering roles within the company. • This is a Part-time position, 20 hours per week and will follow US business working hours. • Source candidates for engineering roles through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and direct outreach. • Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess qualifications and fit for specific engineering positions. • Collaborate with cofounders to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies. • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines to ensure timely communication and a positive experience for all applicants. • Provide updates to the cofounders on recruitment progress, candidate feedback, and market trends. • Ensure all candidate information is maintained in the applicant tracking system (ATS) accurately and up to date. • Assist with interview scheduling and coordination between candidates and hiring managers. • Help foster a diverse and inclusive hiring process
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, preferably in the tech/engineering industry. • Strong experience with sourcing techniques, including direct outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to effectively assess candidates' technical and cultural fit. • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
