• As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical and business teams, ensuring that we deliver top-notch solutions that meet the needs of our clients. • You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and collaborating with Sales and Engineering to drive successful onboardings and renewals. • This role will be working from home permanently and during U.S. PST business hours. • Collaborate with Sales to understand client requirements and best position our solution. • Lead client onboardings, including the migration from their legacy provider and integrations with other relevant systems. • Manage the sandbox environments that support sales demos and POCs. • Respond to customer issues, either by implementing fixes directly or by logging a ticket with Engineering and communicating progress with clients. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our offerings.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar role in a technology-driven environment. • Strong understanding of software development and system integration processes. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
