• We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Vendor Management Coordinator to join our team. • Reporting to the Senior Director of Accounting, you will be responsible for vendor communication and management across all company spending. • In this role, you will ensure compliance with company standards for all vendors and be comfortable building and updating complex financial models to support strategic decision-making. • This role will be working from home permanently and during U.S. business hours. • Partners with the Senior Director to ensure Accounts Payable processes are executed according to best practices. • Execute vendor set-up in Tipalti & Dynamics and ensure vendor user compliance. • Includes owning vendor changes in Tipalti and D365 (i.e. contact info and banking) • Reviewing and ensuring that the documents they are uploading are accurate and match. • Own internal and external communication regarding vendor status. • Streamline vendor upload processes, identifying and addressing user non-compliance and software issues. • Maintain DYN vendor account data up-to-date with active accounts to assist in accurate reporting.

Requirements

• Experience with vendor SL contact terms and AP form compliance (ie tax forms, banking instructions) • You have proficient computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus • You have a positive, can-do attitude and are comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. • You are proficient in collecting, organizing and analyzing data • You enjoy working cross-functionally & influencing others to achieve best practices • You can operate with a sense of urgency and have high attention to detail • You are a forward thinker with the ability to articulate point of view and improve processes • You are capable of making decisions independently • You have strong written and verbal communication skills • You are aligned with the company’s core values and are committed to ensuring a world-class customer experience.
