• We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Marketing Executive Assistant to assist a business owner in transitioning her psychotherapy and executive coaching practice from a physical space to a fully digital business. • This role involves creating digital assets, developing quizzes and surveys, managing email, and editing videos. • The ideal candidate will have experience with platforms such as Kajabi, SurveyMonkey, and social media, with a strong ability to quickly learn new systems, be creative, and implement ideas effectively. • This is a part-time role, requiring 10-15 hours per week, and offers a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment. • Assist with moving the business from a physical to a digital platform by creating and managing digital brand assets. • Develop engaging online content such as quizzes and surveys using tools like SurveyMonkey or similar platforms. • Design landing pages and manage video editing in programs like Kajabi. • Develop and implement creative content strategies for YouTube reels, Instagram, and other social media platforms to engage the target audience. • Design and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and goals. • Edit videos for social media and digital courses, ensuring they align with the brand’s aesthetics and messaging. • Manage newsletters, promotional materials, and client communications. • Collaborate with the business owner to brainstorm content and engagement strategies for email marketing. • Work closely with the business owner to turn ideas into actionable plans and execute those plans efficiently. • Knowledgeable in AI tools.

Requirements

• Experience with digital platforms like Kajabi, SurveyMonkey, or similar tools for content creation, landing pages, and video editing. • Proven experience managing social media content (YouTube, Instagram) and editing videos for engagement. • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and the ability to create effective campaigns. • Creative thinker with a good eye for design and attention to detail. • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and tools, including AI-driven solutions. • Strong communication skills and ability to implement ideas effectively. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
