Requirements

• Experienced Growth Marketer: 3-8 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B/SaaS growth; startup experience highly preferred. • Data-Driven Strategist: You have an expert-level understanding of lead generation, lead capture, and performance marketing techniques. • Innovative and Analytical: Strong analytical skills paired with creativity. • Tech-Savvy Marketer: Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems. • Strong Project Manager: Excellent organizational and project management skills. • Collaborative Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment. • Passionate and Positive: You bring infectious enthusiasm, a drive for excellence.

Benefits

• Position: Growth Marketer • Salary Range: $3000 - $6000 USD • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST • Payment Frequency: Monthly • Type of Contract: Independent Contractor • Perks: 15 days of PTO plus 6 paid US holidays (which do not count against PTO days)
