• Strong English written and verbal communication skills. • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems. • Flexible availability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
