Must be Proficient in English Written and Verbal Skills. • Only Resume Written in English will be Accepted. • Teem is looking for a meticulous and experienced Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations. • In this role, you will play a key part in managing accounting processes, preparing financial statements, and performing detailed financial analysis. • Collaborating with the executive team, you will help shape financial strategies that drive our company's growth and ensure its financial health. • Your responsibilities will include monitoring cash flow, managing budgets, and making sure that we comply with all financial regulations. • Your insights will be critical in identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving overall efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Financial Controller or similar role • Strong background in finance and accounting • Extensive knowledge of financial principles and regulations • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to interpret financial data accurately • Significant experience working in a startup environment, ideally within a high-growth company. • Extensive proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory. • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial regulations, and tax compliance. • Demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategic financial management in a startup context. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field • CPA certification is a plus
