• Drive client communication in video calls, email, and Slack • Source candidates for open roles based on hiring criteria • Communicate with candidates via email and linkedin, ensuring exceptional candidates experience • Conduct interviews with candidates • Track your recruitment metrics along the way
Requirements
• 2+ years in engineering, design, or product recruitment, preferably with international hiring experience • Advanced English level, experience conducting interviews in English • Can-do attitude, great interpersonal skills, attention to detail • Experience with UI/UX roles is a huge plus • Previous experience in an agency or outsource setup is preferred • Able to work independently, result-driven approach
