Description
• Own the end-to-end design process, from ideation and prototyping to user testing and final implementation. • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other teams to design best-in-class experiences for our users. • Perform user research and use insights to develop the right product strategy and iterate on designs. • Create marketing materials that match our brand and product design, and distill our products into easy-to-understand visuals. • Stay up to date with the latest product developments in DeFi, and identify valuable design trends and patterns.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in product design of highly complex systems, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and the impact of your work. • An understanding of DeFi and Lending platforms (if you're a DeFi user, all the better). • Proficiency in product analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Hotjar. • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typefaces, color, and layout. • Experience working on complex financial applications is a strong plus.
