Requirements

• 3+ years of experience creating ads for Meta, TikTok, and display platforms. • Proven track record in subscription-based and user acquisition campaigns. • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation in advertising. • Experience using AI to enhance static and video ad production. • Strong background in data-driven design, applying user insights and trends to creative direction. • Familiarity with landing page design to improve conversions and revenue. • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro. • Expertise in advertising best practices, including IAB standards, responsive formats, and optimal video durations. • Skilled in A/B testing and data-driven adjustments for creative assets.
