β€’ Experience in Sales Lead/ BizDev Lead/ Head of Sales for over 3+ years in B2B industry β€’ Advanced proficiency in English β€’ 3+ years experience creating comprehensive customer development plans β€’ Ability to strategically outline revenue growth in the region β€’ 3+ years experience in leading and managing teams β€’ Successful cases of developing strong, long-term client relationships β€’ Experience in maximizing market growth potential β€’ In-depth knowledge of market growth potential and trends β€’ Proficiency in tracking key metrics and identifying growth blockers β€’ Proactive in finding solutions to challenges β€’ Strong collaboration skills with leaders of other teams β€’ Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments
