🎯 Requirements
• You're a perfect match if you have 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably at startups. • Proven success in sourcing, attracting, and hiring a diverse array of roles spanning business and tech. • Experience managing hiring managers, stakeholders, and recruitment teams positively. • Strong in presenting data to hiring managers, and you’re full of ideas on how to optimize hiring processes. • Experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATSs. • Excellent communicator and active listener, and a strong work ethic. • Has a track record of working on multiple approaches to employer branding and taking advantage of being a brand ambassador to attract and hire the best talent. • You’re fluent in English.
