β€’ The Federal Program Manager will assume a critical role in our organization, responsible for program management, business development, and maintaining customer relationships with both the agency end-users and Hirsch channel partners. β€’ This position entails overseeing the delivery of program output/products, which involves managing a portfolio of projects and programs and coordinating teams working on various projects. β€’ The Program Manager will primarily support three to five Hirsch end-user Federal agency customers and their associated channel partners involved in supporting these agencies and projects. β€’ Oversee daily management throughout the life cycle of the agency program. β€’ Define program controls, including processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to effectively manage the specific agency program. β€’ Plan the overall program and monitor progress to ensure milestones are achieved across various projects, site deployments, and programs. β€’ Manage program revenue expectations and goals. β€’ Address and resolve risks and issues that may arise during the program's life cycle. β€’ Coordinate projects and dependencies between various projects and programs within the agency program. β€’ Efficiently allocate and utilize both internal and external resources across the program. β€’ Manage stakeholders involved in the program's projects and programs. β€’ Ensure that deliverables align across all projects and programs within the program. β€’ Develop tactical implementation plans and coordinate channel partner area and branch activities for consistent execution across all program elements. β€’ Assess and negotiate resources required, aiding in deployment and training at all channel partner levels to ensure compliance with the program. β€’ Serve as Hirsch's focal point and entry for channel partners in support of the program. β€’ Track and monitor key implementation milestones and results against performance goals, taking corrective actions as needed. β€’ Provide regular, consistent reporting to all internal and external stakeholders. β€’ Identify and quantify long-term growth opportunities within the agency program. β€’ Conduct interactive training and education sessions on program issues and opportunities for various audiences, including executive management, sales, services, corporate marketing, etc.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check and travel domestically. Must be able to travel up to 40%. β€’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Federal agency physical security systems deployment program management. β€’ Strong track record as a project manager for large, complex physical security technology deployments. β€’ Comprehensive knowledge of project and program management methodologies. β€’ Understanding of the broader program objectives, including business and strategic goals. β€’ Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of individuals. β€’ Strong leadership and managerial skills backed by relevant experience. β€’ Proficiency in resource allocation. β€’ Experience in developing and tactically deploying formalized strategic plans. β€’ Sound financial acumen. β€’ Leading-edge technologist with a broad spectrum of technical skills and industry segmentation expertise. β€’ Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. β€’ Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work seamlessly with executive leadership teams. β€’ Expertise in facilitating cross-functional teams through complex brainstorming and decision-making processes. β€’ Capacity to work independently. β€’ Effective networking abilities with external industry Video/PACS technology adoption organizations. β€’ Security clearance is a plus!
