📋 Description

• The Content Strategy & Engagement Manager oversees the management and deployment of thought-leadership content and resources that enhance Hitachi’s positioning in emerging markets. • This role is instrumental in producing impactful internal and external materials, assembling a cohesive library of "One-Hitachi" intellectual property (IP), and elevating the company’s visibility through events and speaking engagements. • The role will work collaboratively with internal teams, including Strategy and Pre-sales, to build an evergreen IP repository and drive Hitachi’s presence in key markets through strategic initiatives and content delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, thought leadership, or strategic content development, preferably within a global organization. • Proven experience in managing creation of intellectual property and thought-leadership. • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align content and messaging with broader organizational goals and market trends. • Content Development: Exceptional skills in writing, editing, and developing engaging thought-leadership materials and presentations. • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Event Management: Proven experience in managing events and sourcing high-value speaking opportunities. • Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and with senior leadership.
