📋 Description

• Responsible for managing financial oversight, reporting, and variance analysis for Proton Beam Therapy construction projects. • Requires strong expertise in U.S. GAAP and IFRS for accurate financial tracking, compliance, and reporting. • Work closely with senior executives, offsite project managers, and office administrators to ensure financial transparency and effective budget control. • Prepare and maintain financial reports, variance analysis, and rolling projections for executive review. • Prepare and review journal entries, quarterly accruals, ensuring proper classifications. • Assist with monthly financial closing, audits, and compliance reporting. • Collaborate with corporate finance teams to align project financials with business objectives. • Communicate financial updates and findings clearly to key stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA or MBA preferred). • 5-8 years of experience in general and cost accounting , preferably in a manufacturing or construction project environment . • Fluency in Japanese is required to support communication with global teams. • In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS. • Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and reporting. • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred. • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with great attention to detail. • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills. • Ability to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levels. • Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
