Description

• Develop and execute supplier quality agenda to ensure sustainable quality • Evaluate the quality management system of suppliers and align on corrective actions • Plan and conduct required supplier on-site audits • Lead the production part approval process for new supplier parts/materials • Lead the non-conformity resolution process with suppliers • Monitor and consolidate supplier delivery and quality KPIs • Lead supplier performance improvement actions for targeted suppliers • Collaborate with Category teams to support implementation of Category strategy • Complete special quality and continuous improvement projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, material or production engineering (or similar technical discipline) • 8+ years of relevant quality assurance, manufacturing, supplier development or other operational experience from international production companies • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers at global level • Responsible team player with structured, proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented work approach • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards (e.g., ISO-9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) and auditing techniques • Knowledge of electrical winding technology and magnet wire and CTC manufacturing process is a plus • Experience working with Quality and Continuous Improvement practices (e.g. Kaizen, DMAIC, A3, 8D, 5Why Analysis, etc…) • Proven experience with process audits, APQP/PPAP, P-FMEA, Process Control Plan, Statistical Process Control and inspection test plan creation • Willingness to travel up to 50% and fluency in English both written and spoken
