• To growing IT Application Team in Learning & Development Domain, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Application Manager • You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our IT applications and systems related to talent management, learning management, and employee development • Opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, Learning and Development, and IT teams • Oversee the full lifecycle management of talent and learning applications • Lead and manage IT projects related to talent and learning applications and integrations • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between talent and learning applications and other systems • Continuously enhance and optimize the performance, usability, and effectiveness of talent and learning systems • Collaborate with HR, Learning and Development, and other business stakeholders to understand functional requirements • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders • Engage with external vendors and manage vendor relationships • Collaborate with data analytics teams to ensure accurate and timely data integration • Ensure that talent and learning systems comply with data privacy and security standards

Requirements

• Education: min. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field • Master degree is an advantage • Experience: (5+ years) as an IT Application Manager or in a similar role • Strong understanding of HR Domain topics: talent management and learning processes and systems • Soft skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; effective time management and organizational skills; collaborative and adaptable team player • Stakeholder management: ability to build positive relationships with business users, IT teams, and external vendors • Analytical skills: ability to connect data and processes to create and manage IT Solution • Technical skills: proficiency in API integration; advanced MS Excel & Power BI for Data Analytics & Reporting; understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes; familiarity with cloud-based technologies (Azure) and services
