Description

• The Supply Chain Manager leads a team responsible for sourcing and delivery of materials and services • Responsible for local and international sourcing and procurement activities in support of Global Supply Chain • Provides critical input in supplier selection through purchasing council and supply base assessment • Oversees material planning process and controls planning parameters in Syteline (SAP) • Monitors on-time delivery and quality level of incoming materials • Develops core supplier relationships to meet organizational standards in quality, service and value • Ensures compliance for acquisition of all goods and services within Telesis • Communicates part status to internal production stakeholders • Engages Engineering to develop design solutions to support delivery and cost initiatives • Assists with establishing Accurate Syteline (SAP) Planning Parameters and Material Replenishment Strategies

Requirements

• BS Degree or equivalent work experience, preferred • 10 years’ purchasing, planning or supply chain experience within industrial manufacturing • Knowledge of MRP system(s) (Syteline/SAP) and Microsoft Office applications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business conditions, and work well across all levels of the organization • Ability to creatively solve problems • Self- Motivated and Assertive • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills • Build and coach teams • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a cross-functional, collaborative environment • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Must be results-oriented, high energy, and a representative of the Telesis Values
