Description
• Operating as part of the Global Centralized HR Support Center in the Global People Services (GPS) Team • Supporting strategic Benefits programs and operations for North America and Latin America regions • Assisting employees with Benefits related inquiries and issues • Facilitating the onboarding process ensuring a good employee experience • Supporting ongoing benefits communication and coordinating benefit related events
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in multiple HR disciplines including benefits, payroll, HR policies, HRIS • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, especially in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a nice to have • BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred • Analytical, detail-oriented and project management focused • Experience working with Excel sheets and formulas • Successful experience working in high growth, dynamic entrepreneurial environments • Excellent organizational and collaboration skills • Experience as administrator for enterprise HRIS/payroll systems (i.e. ADP, Paylocity), ADP Workforce Now highly preferred - It's a plus
