• At Hive, we are dedicated to creating moments that matter by connecting event marketers to their biggest fans • Looking to add a Senior UX Designer to design usable and impactful solutions • Plays a pivotal part in understanding customers needs and designing easy to use solutions • Help us build and iterate on foundational design processes • Partner with product and engineering to launch high-quality products • Own the design backlog and roadmap to navigate tradeoffs and build concrete plans • Be part of a tightly knit, dynamic startup team

Requirements

• You likely have 5+ years as a UX designer on an agile-ish product development team • Broad UX skillset - we are looking for a generalist who can get their hands dirty • Portfolio of representative work that highlights your skills as a problem solver • Ownership and growth mindset that helps you seek out new opportunities • Strong organization skills and ability to work effectively across standard tools
