📋 Description
• Performs construction oversight and project management of client’s engineering and construction projects. • Work involves construction management of all types of building structures including residential complexes, commercial, educational, and industrial facilities. • Project management work may include assistance with coordination of design activities from initial conception through project completion. • Technical Responsibilities includes collecting data, performing standard computations, observing construction activities, and other related tasks.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree preferred, or commensurate construction experience. • High School graduate at a minimum. • Residential and / or commercial building inspection experience preferred. • Must be dependable, self-motivated and work well under supervision. • Ability to work independently and with others as part of a team. • Excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to convey thoughts clearly and concisely. • Valid US Driver’s License
