• As a Junior Project Management Office Administrator, you will work across the workstreams in the transformation project, Fit-For-The-Future, offering administrative and general support. • You will work within the project team to ensure your tasks are completed in line with the agreed timescales. • Your responsibilities will include: • Scheduling meetings within the PMO, for all project workstreams and taking minutes and actions during meetings. • Maintaining the action, task and issue logs for the workstreams. • Updating the overall project plan when changes are agreed with the workstream leads, project manager and project lead. • Keeping records and handling the documentation that projects produce, and entering the data needed to generate PMO reports. • Ensuring that workstreams have administrative resources such as the right process maps and documents to complete for each project stage. • Communicating across the PMO, workstreams and project stakeholders with information requests, schedule updates, and reports.
