📋 Description
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting, generating accurate and timely financial results reporting and analysis. • Assist with the compilation of KPI reporting to drive business growth. • Develop financial models and analysis to evaluate strategic initiatives and provide support for Senior Management decision making. • Partner with Product, Pricing, and Marketing teams, providing financial insights related to existing/new product initiatives. • Drive the automation process in this area to ensure information is easily accessible and relevant to future decision making. • Establish and own the company's financial planning and analysis processes. • Implement best practices in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. • Provide training and guidance to finance team members and budget holders on financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset • Excellence in stakeholder management • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments • Clear communication and presentation skills • Experience implementing and managing FP&A systems
