• Responsible for scaling social media channels Instagram and TikTok • Develop and implement social media strategies and concepts for increased reach, engagement, and brand awareness • Support in operational management of social media channels • Create appealing content with team and external freelancers • Plan campaigns in close coordination with marketing and community teams • Identify and manage influencer collaborations • Analyze performance and optimize content and campaigns
🎯 Requirements
• Several years of experience in social media management, ideally in a similar role • Expertise in social media strategies for organic growth and paid social • Creative sense for target audience content • Experience in content creation (texts, graphics, videos) • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite • Ability to work independently, solution-oriented, proactively, and structured • Very good German and English skills
