Description

• Scope and oversee the development lifecycle and deployment of major and minor system innovations • Research each project assignment with business and IT stakeholders to ensure all needs are met • Conduct market research to gather ideas and learn from similar products • Collaborate with the team to design and plan the technical solution • Take a data-driven approach to identifying solutions • Help identify needs from potential or existing users • Work with product team to push rapid iteration on platforms • Create and distribute platform communications for updates • Align with Holman’s CX Team to improve customer experience • Document requirements and user flows needed by stakeholders • Attend ceremonies and sprint meetings during design and development phases • Work with SCRUM master to ensure all tasks are logged and updated • Collaborate and communicate effectively with all team members • Tackle complex technical problems to assist users • Create and implement feedback tracking procedures • Complete online webcasts and presentations for clients • Document conversations and report client issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (IT Disciplines, Business, Graphic Design, HCI, Visual Communication, Technical Writing, or UX Design are helpful) • Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus • SCRUM certification • AGILE Development • SDLC Documentation • PMP Certification • UX/UI Design Certification • CX Certification • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint) • Familiar with all Holman platforms and applications • Experience with Azure, Figma/Uizard, PL/SQL • 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst; experience designing technical solutions for the automotive or fleet industry is a plus • Large-scale project management experience is a plus • Power BI experience is a plus
