Description
• End-to-end responsibility for cooperations with influencers across multiple platforms in the French market. • Planning, executing and analyzing partnerships to support the teams goals. • Creative assistance for the partners to ensure content quality. • Building and managing approximately 50+ influencers simultaneously to ensure an increasing brand representation. • Improving performance of partnerships by increased understanding of brand fit, KPIs to determine success before and after the publication and the effect of subjective topics like content quality. • Being up to date with changes on platforms that have an impact on creator marketing. • Workflow improvement and documentation to ensure effectiveness of the process and team learnings.
Requirements
• 2 years working experience in the field of influencer marketing, online marketing, or consulting. • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills in English. • Fluency in French and deep understanding of the French creator landscape. • Confidence and quick in negotiations to find a win-win situation and close deals effectively. • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty. • Understanding of widely used KPIs and proficiency in Excel. • Positive, proactive mindset and a dynamic environment pushes you to your highest performance. • Data driven approach to find patterns of success in a complex environment. • Ability to work independently, responsibly with strong analytical and quantitative skills. • Ideally basic understanding of e-commerce, fashion, or related industries.
