You will work with other engineers on our low latency and highly scalable Java backend, ensuring it always stays up.

Requirements

Strong experience with Java or another JVM language On-the-ground experience in mobile gaming, multiplayer services, and/or LiveOps Ability to take responsibility for high-level technical decisions Team player Fluent in English University degree in IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems (Good to have) Experience in low latency high throughout distributed systems (Good to have) Experience with resilient software design (Good to have) Experience in Spring framework (Good to have) Knowledge of stream processing (Kafka, Spark ...) (Good to have) Experience with key-value stores (Redis, DynamoDB, Aerospike, ...) (Good to have) Knowledge of microservice architecture patterns (Good to have) Experience in writing tests (Good to have) Experience with Kubernetes or other orchestrators (Good to have)
