• Welcome to Homa, the gaming technology lab that is taking the industry by storm! • Our team of over 230 people, hailing from more than 35 different countries, is dedicated to empowering mobile game creators worldwide. • Our Homa Lab platform offers a comprehensive suite of cutting-edge tools that allow developers to stay on top of the latest trends. • We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior 3D Artist to elevate the artistic quality of one of our biggest arcade puzzle games. • In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the game's success by developing 3D assets. • You will take ownership of both in-game aesthetics and high-quality rendering, contributing to an immersive and visually captivating player experience. • Create high-quality 3D assets for in-game use and prerendered images (modeling, unwrapping, and texturing) • Integrate and optimize finished 3D models in Unity to ensure efficient performance • Ensure that all 3D models align with the project's artistic vision and meet the necessary technical requirements.
Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience in video game production with at least 2 mobile titles shipped. • Proficiency in key tools such as Unity 3D, Maya/Blender, Photoshop, and Substance Painter/3D Coat. • Able to integrate and optimize finished 3D assets into Unity • Expertise in texturing and shading, with a focus on creating cartoony and stylized assets. • Experience with custom shaders (e.g., Unity's Shadergraph / Amplify) is a plus. • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a cross-disciplinary team. • Strong communication skills to convey direction and effectively receive feedback. • Willingness to learn new software programs and tools as needed. • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to meet project deadlines.
