Description

• Managing and improving tools for list building, email validation, email warming, domain reputation, and cold email software. • Integrating various automation tools to streamline processes. • Creating automated Clay tables for prospecting and email personalization specifically using waterfall techniques. • Creating enrichment processes using scraping tools. • Developing and implementing a LinkedIn prospecting strategy using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. • Implementing industry best practices for automation, email deliverability, and compliance in order to meet inbox criteria and avoid spam filters. • A/B test email variations, monitor campaign analytics for optimal performance, and analyze responses to improve audience targeting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, outbound or sales automation in SaaS. • High standards for work, quick task execution, and a continuous learning mindset. • Expertise in email validation, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, enrichment, and other relevant areas. • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Lemlist, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Smartlead, Instantly, VoilaNorbert, Uplead, Seamless, Quicklines, SmartLead, Lemlist, MailShake, and Zapier. • Proficiency with Clay, Aplify, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other cold-email tools.
