We are a product-first company with a long-term outlook - our platform consistently and positively evolves based on data insights and the most up-to-date tools. • This job is for you if • You would like to work in a positive atmosphere where teamwork and trust in your colleagues are primary values. • You succeed in an environment that values initiative and sharing feedback and where your suggestions and efforts are recognized and appreciated. • You are used to taking responsibility for solving difficult tasks and are directly involved in how your efforts impact the final result. • This role is full-time and offers home working flexibility. • Your future tasks will include • Developing and implementing machine learning models to refine lead scoring, identify customer segments, maximize conversions, optimize advertising bids, and prevent churn. • Utilize geospatial and socioeconomic data to build predictive models that identify high-value audiences, leaving the competition in our dust. • Design and implement pricing & distribution optimization algorithms that maximize lead conversion rates and minimize customer acquisition costs, ensuring we're always in the black. • Collaborate seamlessly with marketing, sales, and product teams, translating data-driven insights into actionable campaigns. • Present data findings with clarity, conciseness, and a dash of statistical humor, leaving stakeholders nodding in agreement.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods or a Related Field • 5+ years of experience in the data domain with +2 in data science roles. • Expertise in SQL, Python, and Machine Learning frameworks (especially supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms). • Proven experience deploying machine learning models to production environments using tools and frameworks like ML Flow & AWS Sagemaker, ensuring our models are always ready for prime time. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. • Impeccable communication and presentation skills, capable of translating data insights into actionable business strategies that drive revenue growth without losing the audience in a sea of jargon. • A demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, ensuring we're always scoring the highest in teamwork. • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies that drive revenue growth, making us a data-driven powerhouse. • Fluent English
