Description

• Provide first-line support for third-party tools like Google Workspace and Slack • Support product monitoring and incident handling • Administer access control and troubleshoot service-related issues • Automate routine support tasks • Handle API-related issues as part of the CRM team • Collaborate with DevOps to resolve basic infrastructure issues • Maintain knowledge base with troubleshooting steps

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in technical support or IT service desk (L2) • Proficiency in administering Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, and related services • Hands-on experience in automating processes and services • Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) • Basic understanding of databases and SQL queries • Familiarity with API technologies and tools like Postman • Familiarity with access control and information security • Strong communication skills and teamwork capability • Very good level of English, at least upper-intermediate; fluent Russian is essential
