• Responsible for analyzing the brand's online performance and for identifying opportunities for improvement. • Ensures that new and promotional items are optimized and offers support for online/system troubleshooting. • Uses industry expertise to build strategic plans and lead presentations with suppliers and merchandising partners. • Cultivates strong partnerships with merchants, cross functionals, and strategic suppliers to drive traffic, conversion, and interconnected sales. • Collaborates with suppliers to manage content changes, SKU presentation, and brand performance throughout the product's lifecycle. • Creates and leads presentations with stakeholders to share project wins and analysis results. • Serves as a mentor across the organization by providing supplemental onboarding and training. • Partners with stakeholders to build project plans that support strategic growth and improve online experience. • Offers industry expertise and acts as the subject matter expert for the supported assortment/category. • Builds system knowledge through ongoing tailored training classes. • Tracks content performance and drives reporting.
• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • Experience with Vendor Management Systems, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, and Merchandising. • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. • Experience with SQL, Tableau and Adobe products. • Proven record of working with major consumer brands while supporting them in an agile, interconnected environment. • Agility to learn database systems and web-based platforms. • Manages multiple projects with competing priorities. • Navigates and manages complexities. • Strong written and oral communication skills.
