Description

• Lead Tech strategy and execution for Martech Messaging Platforms. • Oversee team of managers and engineers while building partnerships across stakeholders. • Champion innovation and ensure a robust Tech stack that delivers performance and user experience.

Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • Mastery of an object oriented programming language (preferably Java). • 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field. • Advanced degree preferred. • Retail/similar background preferred. • Technical leader who is also fluent in Marketing business concepts & strategies. • Experience being a technical leader for owned media and paid media platforms; deep understanding of the architecture, engineering, and industry landscape. • Strong understanding of the cloud data landscape, Marketing CDP platforms, and flow of data/segmentation to drive customer personalization. • Strong understanding of Content Management Systems and integration points with messaging capabilities. • Track record of leading Managers of Engineering teams and developing/building high performing organizations. • Highly collaborative individual who thrives working across a matrix of Product and Business stakeholders. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • History of building a culture of trust, accountability, and strong reputation for delivery.
