Description
• Responsible for determining strategy in Reliability Engineering in Supply Chain. • Guide software design and development across multiple teams. • Help accelerate delivery speed and quality through leadership and expertise. • Interface with 3rd party vendors to meet technical needs. • Ensure effective resource use and streamline processes.
Requirements
• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • Expertise in at least two technologies used by THD IT • Experience with common business processes used in the retail industry • Experience in Agile/Lean development environments • 7 years of relevant work experience • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent in a field of study related to the job • Typically requires overnight travel less than 15% of the time • One of the fields of expertise should include a programming language • Capable of understanding complicated systems quickly • Mastery in assigned domains • Active participation in or leadership of professional groups affiliated with specific domains • 5 years previous leadership experience
