Description

• Collaborate with the infrastructure team to deploy, configure, and manage Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, networking components, and security features, with a strong focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience. • Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting the Azure environment to ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability, taking proactive measures to prevent and minimize customer impact. • Support implementing and maintaining cloud security best practices, including access management, encryption, and network security groups, with a customer-centric mindset to protect and safeguard customer data. • Participate in capacity planning and optimization efforts to ensure efficient resource utilization in the Azure environment, aligning closely with customer demands and needs. • Monitor a dedicated service queue for incidents and service requests. • Work closely with stakeholders on training and support for their cloud-based workloads and technologies. • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Azure services with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless interoperability and minimal disruption to customer operations. • Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure features and services, evaluating their potential benefits and recommending their adoption when applicable to enhance customer experience and deliver value. • Contribute to developing and documenting infrastructure standards, procedures, and guidelines, emphasizing customer-centricity and usability. • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding Azure-related issues, prioritizing prompt and effective resolution to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate documentation of the Azure infrastructure, including configurations, changes, and incidents, ensuring transparency and accessibility to facilitate seamless customer support. • Participate in On-Call rotation for after-hours Critical infrastructure support.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in supporting cloud infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft Azure and a proven track record of customer-centricity. • Extensive experience with Azure Virtual Desktop. • Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect) are highly desirable. • Familiarity with other cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud, is a plus. • Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell or other scripting languages is preferred.
