Description

•Do you want to make our software and systems better? •UI / UX skills and an eye for the user experience are needed. •Responsible for prioritizing features, coordinating projects, creating mock-ups, and implementing training on new software updates. •Translate business requirements from stakeholders to technical requirements for the Development team and communicate these requirements through user stories.

Requirements

•A Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent related experience. •A strong understanding of UI / UX best practices. •To determine when systems improvements are appropriate and advocate for these updates to leadership and stakeholders. •Familiarity with software training best practices and comfortable training at all levels of the organization. •The ability to communicate with different teams on a variety of topics. •A process-minded approach and ability to explain and visualize process changes. •To be highly organized.
