📋 Description
• The Enrollment Specialist connects eligible members with Companionship+ and Care Guide Program. • Role requires high outbound call engagement and persuasive communication skills. • Responsible for educating, enrolling, and guiding members through both programs. • Assist members with navigating platform and completing enrollment process. • Successful candidates have prior call center experience and strong rapport-building skills.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years call center or high call volume experience required • Strong customer service skills required • Enrollment/Medical Sales experience preferred • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or Zendesk preferred • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
