📋 Description
• E-Commerce Manager (m/w/d) für strategische Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung des Online-Shops. • Verantwortung für Shopmanagement von Konzeption bis technischer Entwicklung. • Planung und Steuerung des Onlineshop-Sortiments, Sicherstellung der Warenverfügbarkeit. • Durchführung qualitativer und quantitativer Tests am Shop. • Weiterentwicklung des Onlineshops hinsichtlich Usability, User Experience, Conversion-Rate-Optimierung. • Planung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Online-Marketingaktionen. • Kontinuierliche Erfolgskontrolle der relevanten KPIs, Identifizierung von Potenzialen und entsprechenden Maßnahmen.
🎯 Requirements
• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft oder Marketing oder alternativ eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung. • Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Onlineshop-Management, E-Commerce oder Online-Marketing. • Du kennst die wichtigsten (Online-)Marketing-Parameter (KPIs), kannst sie interpretieren und Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten. • Du hast Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen Webtechnologien (bevorzugt Shopify), Analyse-Tools und E-Commerce Tools. • Du bringst Verständnis technischer Schnittstellen und Prozessabläufe mit. • Du hast Begeisterung für neue Trends, Produkte und Technologien im Bereich E-Commerce und Onlineshops. • Du hast eine Passion für die homodea Way of Living ❤️, spürst tiefe Verbundenheit mit unseren Werten, bist bekannt mit unserer Plattform, unseren Kursen, unseren Events. • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und hast einen hohen Anspruch an deine eigene Arbeit.
