📋 Description

•Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test reports, ensuring the highest quality standards. •Design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks to increase efficiency and coverage of testing. •Conduct thorough manual testing where automation is not feasible, focusing on complex and high-risk functionalities. •Collaborate closely with the development team to identify, report, and track defects, and verify their resolution. •Stay abreast of new testing tools, methodologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve the testing process. •Participate in the design and development meetings to provide early input on the testability of functional requirements and product designs. •Manage the final quality on production release, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and successful deployment. •Analyze test results, identify trends in software defects, and make recommendations for improvement. •Advocate for the end-user, ensuring that user experience and functionality meet their needs and expectations.

🎯 Requirements

•Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role, with a track record of leading QA processes in software development projects. •Expertise in creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. •Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit) to design and implement automated tests. •Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including experience in agile and scrum methodologies. •Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus. •Ability to document and troubleshoot errors, and effectively communicate with development teams to resolve issues. •Understanding of coding and scripting for testing purposes, with experience in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. •Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify, isolate, and track bugs systematically. •Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. •Startup experience is preferred, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
