📋 Description
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the NOC team to ensure the availability, reliability, and efficiency of our network infrastructure • Monitor network performance and identify potential issues, proactively implementing solutions to prevent service disruptions • Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for the NOC team • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Engineering, and Security, to resolve complex network issues and optimize network performance • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards for data protection and network integrity • Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in network management and provide recommendations for continuous improvement • Manage remote team members effectively, fostering a culture of collaboration and ensuring team members receive the necessary support and resources
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in network management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role • Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and software • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and collaborate within a remote team environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities • Experience managing remote teams and working with offshore resources • Strong interpersonal skills, persistence, and a goal-oriented mindset • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
