• Fast-growing technology company disrupting the roadside assistance space • Building mobile web & iOS apps • Working on back-end RoR system and APIs • Updating ML based dispatch systems • Designing and architecting new products & features • Building back-end dispatch applications in RoR • Extending existing mobile web apps and creating new web experiences
Requirements
• Two plus years developing highly dynamic web applications • Solid software engineering skills in an agile environment • Experience with Ruby on Rails apps & RESTful APIs • Proficient in HTML + Javascript • Familiarity with mobile iOS/Android apps • Knowledge of Telephony apps built on Twilio or similar services • Understanding of real-time, location based systems • Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases • Expertise in scalability & performance management of large scale systems • Strong system design skills • Familiarity with tools like git, bitbucket, jira, CI
